Q1: How long does it take to complete website maintenance changes on my website?
A: This depends on how much website maintenance is required to complete your request. Time frames will be included with your quote. All work is done subject to a service level agreement.
Q2: Is website maintenance billed in one hour blocks?
A: No. Website maintenance is billed in 15 minute increments, with a minimum of 30 minutes per job. This means you don't have to pay for an hour if a job takes less than an hour.
Q3: Are there website maintenance changes you can't do?
A: Yes. Sometimes we can't perform a website maintenance request. This could be due to the language your website was built in, restrictions imposed by your current provider, or other reasons.
Q4: Can I do website maintenance changes myself?
A: This depends on the type of website you have. If your website doesn't enable you to, we can discuss options about converting your website into a CMS (Content Management System).
Q5: Can I get a discount on website maintenance?
A: Yes. If you use five or more hours of website maintenance in a calendar month, you'll get up to 20% off your monthly bill. For full details, read the website maintenance pricing page.
